You really need to set a new username and password for the admin login! Otherwise anybody else could manipulate the guestbook as an admin, including changing the login information required to get here!

It's only that it is from an World wide web era that is now generations old. Guestbooks used to be enjoyable places, sort of similar to a Graffiti Wall on the past modem-connectible BBS networks.
